	European Schoolnet BELGIUM European Schoolnet is a network of 34 European Ministries of Education, based in Brussels, Belgium. As a not-for-profit organisation, it aims to bring innovation in teaching and learning to all key stakeholders: Ministries of Education, schools, teachers, researchers, and industry partners. European Schoolnet is the Learning Leadership for Change (L2C) project coordinator and responsible to ensure the quality and efficiency of the project's processes.
	Ministério da Educação – Direção-Geral da Educação (DGE) PORTUGAL The Direção-Geral da Educação (DGE) is the Directorate-General for Education of the Portuguese Ministry of Education. DGE's specific purpose is to make sure that national policies are implemented regarding the pedagogical and didactic components of pre-school, primary, lower and upper secondary education, as well as the provision of education for children not attending school. It gives technical support to their design and at the same time evaluates their implementation. DGE is in charge of designing, developing and evaluating initiatives and projects related to the use of digital tools and resources in education. It fosters the effective use of computers and the Internet by all educational agents.
	Consejería de Educación de la Junta de Castilla y León SPAIN The General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Equity (DGIyEE) is a management centre, of the Department of Education of the Autonomous Government of Castilla y León. It consists of four Services (Quality, Evaluation and Education Programs, Educational Participation and Study Aid, Teacher Training, Innovation and Internationalization and Equity, Equality and Educational Orientation). The fundamental lines of work of the Education department are the promotion of equity and educational innovation, the development of internationalization processes of educational centres and the integration of ICT in all educational processes.
	INDIRE – Istituto Nazionale di Documentazione, Innovazione e Ricerca ITALY INDIRE - Istituto Nazionale di Documentazione, Innovazione e Ricerca Educativa (National Institute for Documentation, Innovation and Educational Research), is the oldest research institute of the Italian Ministry of Education. Over the years, it has always accompanied the evolution of the Italian school system. Today, the Institute is the reference point for educational research and promotes school innovation processes: developing new teaching models, testing the use of ICT in education and training, redefining the relationship between space and time in learning and teaching, monitoring school improvement processes. It supports the improvement of professional behaviour of school staff, learning achievements and school environment
	Ministerie van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap BELGIUM The Ministerie van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap - Departement Onderwijs en Vorming (the Flemish Ministry of Education - Department of Education & Training), is the public body responsible for the recognition, the funding and the quality assurance of schools in Flanders. The Education & Training Department supports the minister through several policy supporting tasks such as strategic advice, policy evaluation and regulations. Regarding ICT and innovation, the Education Department the Government of Flanders applies a five-point implementation policy: curriculum development, supporting schools in integrating ICT and digital media, providing a high-quality and safe ICT-infrastructure, providing digital teaching resources, research and ICT monitoring.
	St. Nicholas College, Directorate for Educational Services MALTA St.Nicholas College is a cluster of 8 schools situated in the North of Malta: 6 Primary schools, one Middle and one Secondary school, with a total population of approximately 2,200 students.
