The last school exchange visit: Junta Castilla y Leon

Within the framework of the KA2 Learning Leadership for Change, the last school visit for the Spanish partner

The 12th and 13th of November Junta Castilla y Leon organised the last school exchange visit to two High Schools in Valladolid.

The General Director of Innovation and Training MR LUIS DOMINGO GONZALEZ NÚÑEZ supported the project with his presence and welcomed our teachers.

On the 12th of November, the IES Arca Real hosted first exchange visit.
During the visit, the headteachers of each school and other members of each leadership team had the chance to share how they are implementing shared leadership in their schools and the benefits it is generating for their school system.

Therefore the main focus was on the leadership team organization and aims and also the work done on STEM, e-safety and the innovative projects and methodology of the school.

On the 13th of November, it was the turn of the IES Antonio Tovar. The activities of the visit were focused on science, philosophy and technology. Besides, they shared a volunteer program of the Consejería de educación of Castilla y León with volunteer North-american teachers called TEACH IN SPAIN.

During the visit, the headteachers of each school and other members of each leadership team had the chance to share how they are implementing shared leadership in their schools and the benefits it is generating in their school.
