On 10 October 2019, within the framework of the Didacta Italia 2019 Fair, the Learning Leadership for Change (L2C) project organized a workshop named "recognizing, building and supporting shared leadership practices". The workshop, particularly appreciated by teachers, was an opportunity to share important topics such as the concept of Shared Leadership and the Theory of Change and to see more closely the features of the L2C project.
