IES Antonio Machado school exchange
| As part of the project KA 3 LEADERSHIP FOR CHANGE, a three-day observation school visit was organized by the Junta Castilla y León. The first host was IES Antonio Machado from Soria, which received head teachers and teachers from IES Arca Real (Valladolid) IES Antonio Tovar (Valladolid) IES Pablo Díez from Boñar (León) and IES Los Sauces from Benavente(Zamora); all the five BITS high schools in Castillya Léon selected for the project. Focused on "leadership team organization and aims", other topics were discussed such as work done on STEM, e-safety and the innovative projects, and methodology of the school. |  | The strategies of shared leadership in the school are based on the involvement of all the agents of the school in the line and on the promotion of educational projects. Based on this first exchange visit, the rest of the schools are going to decide which aspects could be of application and the consequent incorporation therefrom.
